have anxiety – know that you are not alone Not even close. There is an estimated 40 million U.S. adults suffering from anxiety disorders. I was one of them. I know how it feels when your palms sweat while sitting in traffic, and I know how your stomach aches at the thought of flying on a plane. By challenging my beliefs, facing my fears, and learning how to still my mind and body through yoga, I've been able to overcome my anxiety, panic attacks and fear. I'm finally living the life I want. My passion in life is to help people overcome their anxiety. You can beat it! In my website, you will find tips to help you cope with stress and anxiety from a yogic perspective, such as pranayama (breathing) and asana (poses), as well as techniques to help you gain a healthier perspective on life. I also offer specialized yoga workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions for anxiety sufferers. I'm excited to share all that I've learned with you and to help you on your journey.
